01
Real chemistry
Years of shared stages and studio sessions mean the band plays like one instrument.
Our story
Founded in 2022, based in Fairfax, Virginia.
Blending R&B, funk, pop, rock, classical and smooth jazz, the band delivers high-energy performances that combine exceptional musicianship with genuine audience connection.
The chemistry behind DMV Alchemy is authentic. Long before the band officially formed, its members had built lasting musical relationships through live performances, recording sessions and collaborations across the region.
Most members are accomplished solo recording artists who have released original music across smooth jazz, R&B, funk, pop and contemporary soul.
